Famous Broccoli Rice Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 onion, sautéed (medium)
  • 1 cup Minute Rice, Uncooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 ounces Cheese Whiz
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 can french fried onion rings
Directions
Thaw frozen broccoli. Then mix together all ingredients, except the French fried onions. Put into a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with French fried onions and bake for another 15 minutes, until golden brown.
