Ingredients
5 pounds carrots
9 eggs
4 1/2 cups sugar
3 sticks butter
1 1/2 cups flour
4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Set oven at 350 degrees. Peel carrots and boil until soft. Add to remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake for 1 hour, 10 minutes or until set.
