Ingredients
  • 8 ounces baby carrots
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Cook carrots in small amount of salted water for 10-15 minutes until fork tender; drain.

In a skillet, melt butter. Add brown sugar and honey. Simmer 1-2 minutes.

Add carrots and cook over low heat about 5 minutes, turning carrots to glaze.

"Good candied carrot recipe, not too sweet. I cut up 6 regular carrots and used those since I prefer coins instead of baby carrots. I think they cook up quicker, too."
