GERMAN COLESLAW 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 green pepper, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped or 1/3 cup green onions (medium)
  • Dressing;
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
Directions
Combine cabbage, green pepper, and onion. Mix well.

To make dressing combine, sugar, hot water, dissolving sugar. Stir vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour vinegar mixture over slaw and toss well. Drizzle oil over cabbage and toss well. Cover and keep in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
