CUCUMBER RAITA 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • paprika for garnish
Directions
Add cucumbers and yogurt together in a bowl. In a fry pan, heat cumin about 1 minute, stirring. Add to mixture, with ginger, and salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with paprika, chill for at least a 1/2 hour before serving. Serves 4.
