Ingredients
Vegetables
1 can LeSeur peas, drained
1 can French style green beans, drained
2 long sticks celery, diced fine
1/2 Green pepper, diced fine (medium)
1/2 Onion, diced fine (medium)
1 jar diced pimentos, drained, chopped fine (small jar)
Dressing
1 tablespoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1/4 cup Salad Oil
Dash of paprika
Directions
Combine all vegetables. Dressing: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour over vegetables. Marinate mixed vegetables overnight in dressing. Stir several times, if possible. Drain well 30 min. before serving.
