  • 1 package baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt.

Place carrots in a saucepan and add enough water to almost cover the carrots. Bring water to a boil and then cover the carrots and turn heat down and simmer for 8-10 minutes until tender; drain.

Add butter, brown sugar and salt. Coat well and heat through.
