Peach Cobbler 129 Recipe

Ingredients
  • vegetable cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup reduced calorie stick margarine, melted
  • 2 cans sliced peaches inch light syrup (16 ounce cans)
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tb sugar
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
Directions
Coat a 9 inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Place margarine in bottom of dish. Set aside. Drain peaches, reserving peaches and 1/2 cup liquid . Set aside. Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in a medium bowl. Add reserved 1/2 cup peach liquid and milk, stirring well. Pour batter evenly over margarine in dish. Spoon peaches over batter (do not stir). Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 min or until golden brown.
