  • 16 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar diced pimentos, drained (4 ounce jar)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Grate the extra sharp cheddar cheese.

Mix well all of the ingredients.

Serve with celery or crackers or make a sandwich.
