Coconut Pineapple Pie 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 deep dish pie shell
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 1 cup Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Directions
Beat eggs slightly; add sugar and mix well. Stir in coconut, pineapple and lemon juice. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.
