Ingredients
  • 2 pounds salmon fillets
  • 3/4 cup oil, canola
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons basil, dried
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes, dried
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
Directions
If you are using frozen Salmon fillets be sure to thaw them first. In a medium size bowl, combine remaining ingredients to make a marinade. Place fish fillets into a gallon zip-lock bag, add the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375°. Place your fish in a 9 X 13 pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 35-45 minutes. You'll know it's done when the fish flakes easily with a fork.
