Marinated Vegetable Salad 20 Recipe

Ingredients
  • SALAD
  • 1 head cabbage, thinly sliced (medium head)
  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 pound carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 green peppers, diced
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 bunch radishes, sliced
  • DRESSING:
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Set aside. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over vegetable mix. Stir together and let stand at least 15 minutes. Keeps well (covered) in refrigerator. Makes 15 servings. Great at a summer picnic!
