Friendship Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (No. 2 can)
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges (small cans)
  • 1 package Orange Jell-o (small pkg)
  • 1 package lemon Jell-O (small pkg)
  • 1 package mini marshmallows (small pkg)
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • Grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water. Add drained pineapple juice and Mandarin Orange juice plus water enough to make 2 cups. Partially chill. Add crushed pineapple and all but a few oranges. Arrange remaining oranges over Jell-O and top with marshmallows. Combine Cool Whip and Miracle Whip. Spread over marshmallows. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Chill 24 hours.
