Bow tie Chicken Salad 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup salted sunflower seeds
  • 1 package bow tie pasta
  • 1 package spinach
  • 2 bundles green onions
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2/3 cup white vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 3 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
Directions
Cook pasta according to package direction, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside. In large bowl, combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper. Pour over spinach. Add pasta, sunflower, and sesame seeds. Toss to mix. Add chicken.
