Taco Soup with a twist of Lime Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked cut-up chicken
  • 3 cans chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (28 ounce) (large can)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon lawrys seasoning salt
  • Grated Cheese
  • Avocado
  • Fresh Limes
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Sour Cream
Directions
Combine chicken, broth, tomatoes, corn, beans, and seasonings in a large pan. Heat to boiling. Cook at a low boil for 30 minutes. To serve, break a few tortilla chips in the bottom of your bowl. Add soup. Top with cheese, sliced avocado, sour cream and some more totilla chips. Squeeze on fresh lime juice to taste. Can be easily doubled for a large group.
