Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chopped roast beef "left over"
1 bottle V-8 (Large bottle)
1 cup frozen corn
1 can lima beans (small can)
1 can petite pois (small can)
1 cup frozen black eyed peas
1 cup chopped carrots
1 can Diced tomatoes (drained)
1/2 chopped onion
1 - 3 Cups water
Seasonings to taste
Directions
Place all in a crock pot and cook on high for about 6 hours.
