Irish Chowder Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 pounds potatoes, chunked and cooked
  • 1 pound little smokie links- cut inch half
  • 2 teaspoons basil
  • 8 cups water-plus water used to cook the potatoes
  • 1 onion-diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 3/4 pound Velveeta Cheese-cut into chunks
Directions
Cover pan and boil potatoes, onions, smokies, basil and garlic salt until potatoes are soft. Remove form heat and stir in cheese chunks until melted.
