Homemade Chili 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounce can)
  • 2 cans Italian-style diced tomatoes (14.5 ounce cans)
  • 1 can tomato sauce (6 ounce can)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can kidney beans (15 ounce can)
  • 1 can pinto beans (15 ounce can)
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
Directions
In a large stock pot lightly brown ground beef and drain if needed. Add onions and garlic and cook until onion in translucent. Add tomatoes, diced tomatoes with chili peppers, tomato sauce, water, kidney beans, pinto beans, chili powder, cumin, sugar, salt, pepper and hot sauce.

Simmer for 30 minutes and then serve.
