Potato Soup 103 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes (cube cutted) (large)
  • 2 onions (chopped) (medium)
  • 1 stalk celery (chopped)
Directions
Put all in with water to cover. Cook until potatoes are done. Added 3 Tablespoons chicken base. Stir in potato pot. Add equal amounts of milk.

Thickening - melt 1/4 lb of butter, add 4 tablespoons of flour Then add to potato soup little at a time and cook a while longer.
