Creamy Chicken Soup 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 onion (medium)
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced chicken (cooked)
  • 1 cup milk mixed with 1 T. flour
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
Directions
Sauté together the butter and onions, then add in the potatoes, carrots and chicken broth. Make sure that the broth covers all the veggies and then simmer until veggies are soft. Next add in the chicken and milk mixture cooking this until the soup is slightly thickened. Lastly, add in the cream cheese cut up. Stir it until dissolved and then if desired add parsley to taste.
