Marinated Vegetable Salad 12 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups sliced cucumbers
  • 1 sweet green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 sweet red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 carrots, cut thin and boiled 3 minutes, drained and cooled
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons salt
Directions
In large bowl, add all the vegetables. Mix sugar, oil, vinegar water and salt together. Pour over vegetables. Will keep several weeks in refrigerator.
