Bok Choy Cabbage Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 cups Bok Choy Cabbage, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • DRESSING:
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/4 cup Butter, lightly brown
  • 2 packages Ramen Noodles, broken
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
Directions
In bowl mix salad and dressing (mix ingredients well prior to mixing with salad). Add cooled topping immediately before serving.
