Vegetable Beef Soup 16 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 1/2 pounds soup meat
  • 1 package Frozen Soup Vegetables
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 2 potatoes cut into cubes
  • 2 carrots, sliced inch 1 inch pieces
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • 1 handful broken vermicelli
Directions
Brown Soup Meat

Add stewed tomatoes, water, onion, parsley, salt/pepper, and green onions

Simmer for 1 hour

Add potatoes, carrots, cabbage and frozen soup vegetables and vermicelli

Simmer 30 minutes
