Ingredients
1 package white navy beans
3/4 cup onions, chopped
3/4 cup celery, chopped
1 quart tomatoes
salt & pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Greek Seasonings (or to taste)
1 can chicken broth
Directions
Cook beans as usual. Cook onions and celery; add to cooked beans. Add tomatoes, seasoning and chicken broth. Simmer 10-15 minutes.
