Ingredients
6 red apples (cored and diced-leave skins on) (large)
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
Dressing
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup lemon Juice
Directions
In saucepan combine sugar, flour and milk. Cook until thick. Then add lemon juice,butter and vanilla. Stir & make sure it is smooth. Mix with apples that have been cored but not pealed, celery & nuts. Chill & serve.
