Vegetable Macaroni Salad 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound curly macaroni (cooked)
  • 3 carrots, shredded
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped (small)
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add vegetables to cooked macaroni when cooled. Combine milk, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add liquid to macaroni and vegetables. Chill. Will keep for days. Can get it all ready the day before and put liquid in separate container. Mix together when ready to use.
