Salad with Oranges and Pecans Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce (large heads)
  • 3/4 - 1 cup pecan halves (toasted)
  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped (small)
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons water
Directions
Place lettuce, oranges, and toasted pecans in salad bowl. Combine all other ingredients in blender until well mixed. ***Toasted Pecans - place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 5 minutes.
