Ingredients
  • 1 head lettuce, finely chopped
  • 1 head cauliflower, finely chopped
  • green or red onions, chopped (add quantity to your taste)
  • 1 bottle bacon bits (small bottle)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • DRESSING:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • Mix together lettuce, cauliflower, onions, bacon bits and cheese in a large bowl.
  • Combine dressing ingredients in bowl and mix until blended.
  • Pour over lettuce mixture and toss well just before serving.
