Ingredients
2 pounds meat
2 potatoes, cubed
1 red onion, chopped
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
15 ounces tomatoes
1 can V8 (or two cans) (small can)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
15 ounces beef broth (or two cans)
1 teaspoon sugar
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Directions
Boil meat, when cooked chuck meat, all veggies and add all other ingredients and cook slow all day.
