Beef Barley Soup 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package Beef Short Ribs
  • 1 package Beef Bones
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 3 or 4 Carrots, diced
  • 3/4 cup barley
  • 1 can Delmonte Tomatoes (small can)
  • 1 pound little Meatballs (mixed)
  • 2 Potatoes, diced (Medium)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped, Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper
Directions
The total cooking time is 1 to 1-1/2 hours. In a stock pot brown Beef with a Tablespoon or two of Oil. Add diced Onion, Celery, Carrots Barley, Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Tomatoes and about 2 Quarts or so of water. When water boils add in little Meatballs and continue cooking. Add the diced Potatoes the last fifteen minutes or so.
