Ingredients
Small onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can of water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon parsley
Parsley for garnish
Directions
Saut onion and celery; add soup, water, lemon juice and seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes and top with chopped parsley.
