Ingredients
1 solid head lettuce, cored
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon Roquefort cheese
1 tablespoon green pepper, diced
1 tablespoon carrot, diced
1 tablespoon tomato, diced
1 tablespoon onion, diced
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Thoroughly mix all ingredients, press into lettuce head. Wrap in damp cloth and then in foil. Let stand overnight to get firm. Cut into wedges to serve. Serves 4-6.
