Oat Rolls 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces 1 minute quick oats
  • 10 ounces water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Onion flakes
Directions
Mix ingredients well. The dough will be sticky.

Let dough sit for 1/2 hour to thicken.

With wet hands, form into 6 balls. Place balls on a greased pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.

Serve warm.

These can be used on Shabbos instead of challah for people who are allergic to flour.
