A suprisingly tasty vegetable dip. The cottage cheese can be a little daunting but you must try this as it is great with vegetables or crackers.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

In a food processor, puree all ingredients together.

Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
