Millet with Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups millet
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets, frozen
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 6 cups boiling water
  • Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Sauté onions in sesame oil until golden brown. Add boiling water and salt. Add millet, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 30 minutes, until water is almost completely absorbed. Add cauliflower and simmer for 5 more minutes.
