Ingredients
1 bottle Italian dressing (8 ounce bottle)
3 potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced (medium)
1 cup tomato wedges
2 cups broccoli flowers
1 cup mushroom slices
1/2 pound asparagus spears, cooked & drained
lettuce
Directions
Pour dressing over first 5 ingredients. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Drain, reserving marinade.
Arrange vegetables on lettuce-covered platter. Serve with marinade.
