Ingredients
1 pound Crab Meat, shredded
2 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Shred crab meat and bread slices into small pieces. In medium bowl, combine shredded crab meat and bread pieces. Add beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well by hand and form mixture into six small patties. In a medium skillet over medium high heat, melt butter. Add crab cakes to skillet and fry for about 4 minutes on each side, or until brown crust forms on both sides of the crab cake. Makes 6 servings.
