Sweet Monkey Bread Recipe

Biscuit pieces are coated in a cinnamon-sugar mixture. Then a caramel sauce is poured over the top and baked to perfection. Perfect for a sweet breakfast and easy to serve as they just tear their own chunks off.

Ingredients
  • 3 cans biscuits, cut into thirds
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/3 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon water

Put biscuits in a plastic bag with sugar and cinnamon. Shake until coated.

Put biscuits in a greased Bundt pan.

Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over biscuits.

Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
