Graham Cracker Pudding 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 packet Knox gelatin
  • 1 pint cream, whipped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix sugar, gelatin and milk, soak 30 minutes. Separate and use egg yolks (beat well), after adding a few drops water. Add to soaked mixture and cook till it comes to a rolling boil. Let cool. Add this to the whipped cream a tablespoon at a time. Add vanilla and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Line large baking dish with crushed graham crackers. Cover with pudding mixture and sprinkle top with more crushed graham crackers. Let cool and serve.
