Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 diced onion
2 cans minced clams
1 can white clam sauce
51 1/8 crushed Ritz crackers
parsley flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon basil
Directions
Melt butter in a frying pan. Sauté onion for 5 minutes. Add all ingredients and mix. Pour mixture into 1 quart baking dish (dip can be refrigerated at this point if you wanted to cook it later). Bake at 350° covered for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Serve hot with Ritz crackers.
