Kugel Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Kosher for Passover wide egg noodles
  • 16 ounces light sour cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • 16 ounces light cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon mixed with sugar
Directions
Cook noodles as directed.

Mix butter and noodles until butter is melted.

Add sour cream, cottage cheese and sugar. Mix together.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
