HOT PEPPER JELLY 18 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup hot, red and green pepper, ground
  • 1 1/2 cups White Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, ground
  • 1 onion, ground (large)
  • 6 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 bottle Certo
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together except Certo and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add one bottle Certo. Pour at once into jars and seal. Makes about 3 and 1/2 pts. jelly.
