Stir in flour, salt and paprika and mix until well blended.
Wrap approximately 1 T. of mixture around an olive.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees F. for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
These can be frozen for 6 months without change in flavor.
Small anchovies, or other small condiment items, may be substituted for the olives.
