Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 package cream cheese (16 ounce package)
2 cups milk
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
Melt butter and cream cheese then add milk and Parmesan cheese; cook on medium heat till thick. Makes a lot, store extra in fridge. Mix with a pasta cooked "al dente" of your choice, Rotini is a favorite. You can add chopped chicken breast to turn it into Chicken Alfredo.
