Ingredients
1 quart green pepper
1 quart celery
1 1/2 onions
5 quarts tomatoes, peeled and chopped
4 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons sugar
Directions
Grind pepper, celery, onions until coarse; cover with water and boil for 15 minutes. Add salt, sugar and tomatoes; boil and seal. Process for 30 minutes.
