Fried Chicken Coating Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 egg
Directions
Mix flour, salts, pepper, paprika and poultry seasoning together in a bowl. Beat together the egg and milk in a separate bowl. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, coat with coating mixture. Fry until crispy brown and chicken is done.
