Apple Butter (Crockpot) Recipe

Ingredients
1 peck or 10 lbs or 11 quart kettle full (to make 15 cups sauce) apples
3 pounds brown sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice if you didnt boil with the apples
Directions
Boil apples with 10 corns allspice. In a crockpot add the rest of the ingredients plus 15 C sauce. Cook this on low temperature for one to two days, stirring frequently, until desired thickness. While boiling hot, fill half pint jars and seal.
