Homemade Pizza Crust 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 package yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups flour
Directions
In bowl, mix yeast and water until dissolved. Add rest of ingredients; knead dough; place in greased bowl and cover. Put in warm spot to allow dough to rise to approx. double in size. Knead again; form onto greased shallow cookie sheet or pizza stone.
