Here's a snack to feed many of those hungry kids after school. The only problem is they can't keep their little hands out of them! The chocolate and peanut butter coated cereal is hard to resist, even for adults.

Ingredients
  • 9 cups mix of Corn and Rice Chex
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

In a large bowl, measure cereal.

In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter; add vanilla.

Pour mixture over cereal, stirring to evenly coat.

Pour into a large bag and add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake to coat. Spread on wax paper to cool.

Store in airtight container.
