Stuffed Sirloin Steak Recipe

Ingredients
2 Sirloin steaks (1 1/2 inches thick) (1 1/2 lb )
1 Chopped Onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup Burgundy wine
1/4 cup Tamari soy sauce
1 cup Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Cut deep pockets on each side of sirloin. Sauté onion and garlic in 1 T. butter until tender. Stuff pockets with onion mixture. Skewer sides shut. Combine wine and soy sauce in pan large enough to lay both steaks flat in a single layer. Marinate the steaks 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Heat barbecue grill. Grill over medium hot coals 25 or 30 minutes for rare; baste frequently with marinade. Sauté mushrooms in 2 T butter. Serve over meat.
